Motion value (MV) is each hit's share of the weapon's attack rating (100 = all of it). The skill plays its own animations for each class, and stance and stamina also depend on the weapon, so each group names the weapon the numbers come from.
From the player's animation events (the skill's animation set), BehaviorParam_PC and AtkParam_Pc. First hit: seconds at normal speed from the start of the move. "Own base": a projectile with its own base damage that scales with stats, not a share of attack rating.
